Make your reservation before May 1st, for stays arriving between June 1st and August 31st.  The 15% discount applies to all room types except 2-Bedroom Suites and the Penthouse Suite.  The discount applies to room rate only, and not to incidental and meal charges made to the room.  Use rate code "SUMMER" when making the reservation to receive the discount.
